Dr. Matt Venditelli grew up in a sports-oriented family just north of Toronto and has been a devoted Maple Leafs fan for as long as he can remember. After wearing braces for four years during high school, he discovered his passion for orthodontics; not only because of the transformation of his own smile, but also because of the positive relationships he developed with his orthodontic team.

Dr. Matt pursued his Honours Bachelor of Medical Science at the University of Western Ontario, where he graduated as a Western Scholar, followed by his DMD at McGill University. He completed a General Practice Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto and spent an additional year at Princess Margaret Hospital providing care to cancer patients. Determined to specialize in orthodontics, he returned to school and earned his Master of Science in Orthodontics from the University of Toronto.

After moving to Windsor-Essex, Dr. Matt has been proud to care for families throughout LaSalle and the surrounding community for the past several years. Today, he is excited to expand that reach into Windsor through Form Ortho Co., where he has created a practice centered around personalized care, a welcoming environment, and a positive experience for every patient and family.

For Dr. Matt, orthodontics is about more than creating beautiful smiles. He believes in building genuine relationships with his patients and making every visit something they can feel good about. He is passionate about creating an experience where patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident throughout their orthodontic journey.

Outside of the office, Dr. Matt enjoys spending time with his wife Danielle, their daughters, Gia and Stella, and their dog Luna. In the summer you’ll find him on the golf course, while winter means hockey arenas and cheering on the Leafs. He feels incredibly fortunate to call Windsor-Essex home and to have the opportunity to care for the families in the community he and his family have grown to love.
